This page provides access to the forms for filing requests related to e-vignettes. To process your application quicker and easier, please register in the online shop and file your application through your user account. This way, you can avoid using ordinary mail and the process will be more convenient and economical. REGISTER.

You can also submit your requests personally at one of the Dars points of sale (DarsGo servis):

• DarsGo servis Ljubljana, Grič 54, 1000 Ljubljana;
• DarsGo servis Maribor, Rest area Maribor - zahod, Na polju 24, 2000 Maribor;
• DarsGo servis Obrežje, border crossing Obrežje (entry into the country);
• DarsGo servis Fernetiči, Rest area Fernetiči - jug (entry into the country);
• DarsGo servis Hrušica, Hrušica 223, 4276 Hrušica;
• DarsGo servis Gruškovje, border crossing Gruškovje (entry into the country).

Please choose, print and complete an appropriate form and file it together with the required appendices at one of the abovementioned points of sale. You can also send your request by ordinary mail to the address provided in the form.

Forms are currently available only in Slovenian language.
